Located in the Central Valley of Costa Rica, warm weather, a gentle breeze, and a spectacular view of the mountains of Heredia and Alajuela.
This project is conceived as an exclusive residence, its architecture responds in the first place to a bioclimatic solution due to the prevailing high temperatures.
Double-height spaces, ventilated facades, open social areas, and large roofs seek to reduce the use of air conditioning. Wood is an elegant and sober material, apparent concrete reflects its modern spirit, natural stone present throughout the natural surface of the land, and water as a refreshing element that contrasts with the warm climate of the area plays the leading role in the project.
